What we process
- Account data — name, email, organisation, password (stored hashed) — to provide the service.
- Content you create — products, personas, cards and training/sparring data — to deliver app functionality.
- Access-request (lead) data — name, email, company, message — to handle your beta request.
- Technical data — IP address and request logs — for security and operation.
AI processing
To generate and improve cards and to run sparring sessions, text you submit is transmitted to our AI sub-processor(s) (currently Anthropic) for processing. Your content is not used to train third-party models. Please avoid entering special categories of personal data.
Legal basis for processing
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent given by the data subject
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary for contract performance
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — processing necessary for legal compliance
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — processing necessary for legitimate interests (secure, functional operation)
Hosting & storage duration
The application is hosted on servers located in the EU. Personal data is retained for as long as your account exists and is deleted when the purpose of storage ceases to apply, on request, or as required by law.
Cookies & local storage
The app uses only essential local storage (e.g. login token, language preference). No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation of consent, and objection. To exercise these rights, contact office@datexx.at. If you believe the processing of your data violates data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
